“Came rolled up vacuum packed, can squeeze it with 1 hand to about an inch or 2,had to just put it on top of old mattress as a temporary measure until I get another new 1, very disappointed”

“Absolutely shocking.....springs made a noise when moved on. The cover was too big for the contents. And it wS not 250ml thick as stated it was 200ml. Its going back”
