“Awful mattress, feel really disappointed. You can feel the springs in it, I'm having to buy another one, as we cannot sleep on this, I feel like I've been ripped off! And the mattress was just left outside”

“I cannot write a review because I have not received my mattress. I cannot understand why it is taking so long in arriving. I ordered this mattress some weeks ago and it still has not arrived. Please can you look into the matter and let me know whether I am ever going to receive my goods if not then I will want a refund. Thanks. M Carrington.”
