“Ordered well before December to ensure my daughter had this ready for Dec 1st. Had to chase for delivery status following no show after Dec1st. Only response said product delayed to the point it was coming 8 days into December. Asked to cancel and refund, had no reply since. Several emails made since... nothing! Wrong calendar sent. Have opened anyway, with doors missing anything inside!! Also had an extra subscription charge slipped into the purchase of £4.99! Not happy and still chasing refund. Trading standards next!”
