“Just comes apart and doesn’t remain in place. Just over sized plastic really. Ok for a tenner though. It doesn’t make my daughter want to go on it anymore than a standard potty though. Will have to pay over double for a better one to Encourage training. I got two of these as I have a boy and a girl. Ordered an extra by mistake, didn’t realise I’d lose that money too which I have. Ordering and refunding should be much simpler and no one should lose their money full stop, even a shop will still give you store credit a month or so later on return with proof of purchase. Overall, not happy with the goods or the fact you kept my money.”

“I couldn't justify paying full price for these elsewhere but when they were £10 on wowcher I decided to buy the pink one for my LG. We just started potty training and while she had a generic potty she instantly went to this one. I think because she's seen her older cousin and parents use the big toilet, she's associated the shape as normal. She lifts the lid, sits patiently, and wipes using the toilet paper on the holder she then shuts the lid. It feels easier to clean too as the bucket easily lifts out to empty and wash out when flushing the normal toilet.”
