“Absolutely awful. We didn’t even get to go and wowcher still have my money and won’t change the date although it says ‘valid until 31st of October’ on the voucher. They also automatically redeemed and confirmed it themselves! 15 days after purchase! In the terms and conditions I have 30 days to confirm and redeem. So please tell me why this was automatically done by you guys and I’m £200 out of pocket? You have my money. I have been trying to get hold of someone but no reply. The other conversation or them saying they will email them was last week! The hotel has informed me that they couldn’t change the date and after I had travelled all the way to the hotel! Wowcher so communication is appalling.”

“Fantastic yacht fantastic staff such a friendly welcome as soon as you step onboard. Room perfect clean tidy and a great shower. Breakfast was fresh hot and plenty to choose from. Bar staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would recommend this to everyone.”
