“The staff was friendly and informative, carefully explained each step, and helped with any mishap. After we got to paint, we took our products home. would recommend for the experience or to start a new hobby.”

“I purchased a Wowcher for people, pounds worth. Their website requires that their company Token Studio, provide you with a code to book your class after filling in the online page and giving them the Wowcher code to redeem. Token Studio redeemed the first Wowcher code by which point after multiple emails it was clearly stated, quite rude as well that they would not do so. The exact wording in the email was 'well get a refund then!' It was at this point, I alerted Wowcher to this problem and asked them not to take payment for this Wowcher or return the pending transaction. They did not. They allowed the poorly managed company to then redeem the other two vouchers as well despite their own 14 day no quibble policy where they will refund unredeemed Wowchers. I have had no refund. This was a birthday outing ruined, we have been on many activity days out and this is the only time I have experienced such awful customer service.”

“Really enjoyed the pottery session, but at the end we were just left to finish off the painting. And to use the micro waves to dry our pots, which was a bit caotac as everyone had to wait. We were left to fend for ourselves as the next group had already come in and had started there lesson which I think was pretty rude as we never even got a good bye from any off the staff. Also I thought the gent who gave the lesson was a bit inappropriate with some off the remarks during the lesson as there was a few young girls there. Other than that I really did in the class but would try a different venue.”

“Loved the experience, nice afternoon for birthday or Mother’s Day etc. instructors are very nice and friendly. It is also very easy to redeem the wowcher voucher. Can’t wait to get my pot!”

“Confusing details of the actual address for this experience. This was a gift for a female family member who went on her own & struggled to find where it was. Arrived late & host was very unfriendly & unhelpful!! It was also extremely difficult to book constant messages & calls. Would not recommend at all. Customer service needs improvement! Don’t make customers feel uncomfortable”
