“Terrible service. Hidden postage cost of £20 then waited 8 days after expected delivery, before getting an answer from the vendor Hirix international Ltd to say they would process a full refund upon emailing them to cancel my order. Wowcher would not reimburse me and said I had to contact the vendor directly. Wowcher sucks.”

“I have never recived my loungers I was told by hire international that they possibly got lost in transit I was offered to reorder or request a refund ,I re have requested a refund as I don't trust the company not happy with there replies”
