“It is all digital based and requires individuals to complete online forms, prepare and send samples themselves, at their own cost. NOT CLEAR on purchase and a big faff compared to others that provide a pack.”

“This test did not come through on an e mail which is what should have happened, despite Wowcher asking the company to contact me they failed to do so. Wowcher were extremely helpful and in the end refunded my money”

“Not happy. Found it hard to get voucher. Finally got voucher and code . Went onto site, filled in all requirements and haven’t had any come back since. Tried to go back on site and it told me my voucher had expired . Won’t be buying any more wowchers. Disillusioned.”
