“Ordered but wasn't delivered on the date due and had to chase them up via email.Got a response and a few days later the package was ready. Mine was pdf format but looks good but I guess will see when it's printed out.”

“Initially very straightforward and simple to sort, however they made a typing error (I sent proof of this being their mistake) and after saying 24 hrs they’d be in touch, they said I had to pay for an alteration, then didn’t answer back from then and it’s been a week.”
