“I have not received these chairs after nearly 8 weeks and no communication from wowcher or the supplier other than to ask for feedback. Absolutely appalled after having paid almost £100. Shocking. I’d like a refund and my chairs to arrive. Or at least some comms as to when they will (or won’t by the looks of it) arrive. Horrific ordeal.”

“Never received items communication was absolutely diabolical had to chase up where the package was only to be told that the package had been lost with the couriers. Nobody at any one time from the need to convey this information to me not at all impressed will not be using this service again.”

“I ORDERED THEM ON 9TH FEBRUARY, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I PAID FOR THEM + POSTAGE. I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO SELLER BUT NOT HAD ANY REPLY. IM VERY DISSAPPOINTED & WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT.”
