“Poor qualiyy construction, item arrived damaged, photo took and reported, and to date, no reply from the seller. Seems Wowcher just take your money and take nothing to do with faulty goods or damage in transit.”

“Purchased just the balls earlier for gifting then saw the same balls with magic wand, corresponded with wowcher online & got my refund for just balls without hassle. Received my order with magic wand much earlier than promised-which was excellent. However, I opened the box & tried to play around with it , but doesn’t seem to fly as seen in the video… unless I’m not doing it right. Instructions are quite poorly translated from chinese. Assuming, will get over it & not have to return them back.”

“This is a waste of money and I’m trying to get a refund. It is not as shown as it just drops to the floor. I might as well have burnt a £10 note on the fire. The postage was way too expensive too”
