“The item arrived on time but unfortunately not fully as decribed therefore, unsuitable for the weight of my teeage grandson who weighs just over half of the recommended minimum weight for this mattress. The returs procedure has turned into a nightmare and will maybe have a cost even though the item has not been slepy on, only tried out for 20 mins as you may do in a shop. I am not happy with the servivce, the product, the availability of Wowcher or their supplier.”

After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. The photo should display: The entire item (out of the box - if safe, please inspect the item even if the packaging is damaged). The packaging if available. Close-up and clear photos of the damage.

“We have had this mattress on the bed for just under two weeks and it’s collapsing on each side we sleep. Neither of us are big people so really unhappy and want a refund!”

“Very very poor quality. They left mattress outside of my house. And when I raised the concern with seller and ask for return and refund they were charging £50 more to me. Please don’t order from them its trap.”
