“Up until now all I can say is the company has stolen my hard earned cash. Delivery was supposed to be by the 05/09/2025. Today is the 16/09/2025 I haven't received my order. Even worse is I am in Limbo I have contacted the company several times, wowcher has also contacted them & they just refuse to respond. I would have given a zero if possible, I will be happy to change my review if I receive the bed as paid for by the end of this week.”

“I'm sure I'd of loved this bed but unfortunately I'm still waiting for it 2 weeks after I've purchased it, was ment to be delivered 2nd September. Since then I've had poor communication on resolving this matter. I've requested a refund to buy else where but don't seem to be getting anywhere”

“The bed was delivered soaking wet with a response of ‘they leave in the van overnight and they leak. There were two scores on the back of the headboard leaving the wood exposed, one of the corners had a hole through to the chipboard. There were marks on the mattress and wet areas. The bed base was wet and stained on the corners. The first delivery date was cancelled at the last minute and the second delivery was an hour outside the delivery window. Which was gone 18.00. As this was my first purchase from Wowcher I was very disappointed. The collection can only happen on a Monday so I am stuck with the bed as I cannot arrange for collection and I cannot get any compensation because I bought through Wowcher. Overall bad experience”

“Absolutely disgusting the way I was treated by tia company ,bed was getting delivered 10/12 waited in all day didn't arrive ,phoned wasn't given any explanation no apology,got another email stating it will get delivered 17/13 between 10.30.am 13.30.pm.,got another email stating they tried to deliver bed at 6.19 am also a photo showing where the van had been which was blatant lies ,Phoned again to be told more or less I was lying the bed hadn't even been loaded on to the van never mind Mind delivered,I was raging no apology again so I cancelled,my husband has recently just died 24/11 the bed was a replacement I'd ordered for my grandson to stay with me till I felt better ...Now left without a bed as I can't get one till the middle of January so.so disgusted at the way they handled this .Just hope no one else goes through this .Helen Drummond Mrs.”
