“So far I have done 2 cooks. First was a complete failure on my part! Chicken thighs burnt to a crisp! This was my error and I thought I would have time to pop out and run an errand or two! Heats up so quickly it caught me out! Holds temperature so well and with the heat controls let's you adjust accordingly. Seems very well built and look forward to using it as my primary grill. Used one back in June and was amazed at how fuel efficient it is. Only concern I did have was when cutting up the box there were some what appeared to be black paint chips in the box, made me go check everything very thoroughly. I'm sure it was just from the factory packing process.

“Excellent bbq , easy to put together & very well made , i bought this on recommendation & it cooks fantastic & looks like it will last years , this thing is huge though & it arrived on a large wooden pallet , grill area is massive & heats up so fast , i got the chimney starter which is great too . i chose this over a big green egg / kamado joe style as i didnt like the idea of the fragile ceramic prone to cracking stories ive heard , plus im told by my wife that im frank spencer ( a clumsy oaf prone to breaking stuff) The summit kamado is twin walled enamelled steel & very durable . The only reason for 4 stars is the cost , i paid £995 on offer from wow bbq but webers retail price is nearly £1300.....for a charcoal bbq !! But that said it looks like it'll survive years of use so maybe you do get what you pay for . Very happy with my purchase”
“Fantistic weber summit kamado , this grill is huge , heavy & really well made , its very expensive (£995!!) For a charcoal grill But i can see why , everything is high grade thick enamel steel & when built is rock steady , instructions are easy to follow & took about 20 minutes to build , within an hour i was up & running & had my 1st lamb chops & bangers cooking . I cannot rate this highly enough fab bbq & fab service from wow bbq , looking forward to years of use 5 star bbq , definately recommended”
