“These add great flavour to the food especially salmon make sure you soak them and heat them until they smoke
Also add more cooking time for the heat to get through the wood
Not sure how many times you can use but hopefully a number in view of the cost
I can confirm they are not a gimmick
Will replace eventually so must be worth it”
