There are many look-alike versions quite a bit cheaper but I knew that my brother had one so asked his opinion before choosing one. Needless to say it was a glowing report on every aspect of the Weber kettle BBQ. Yes, a lot of money compared to most of the competition, however, every aspect of it explained why. Build quality, thick steel with stove enamelling, it feels heavy and will last a lifetime of use. Good qualioty triple coated grills and special features like precise control of heating through ventillation adjustment and on my Mastertouch model, easy clean ash collection. Top vent, thermostat, side briquette baskets for indirect cooking of large items, solid stand with wheels and a lid holder whilst working inside, they all add up to a great BBQ, can't wait to use it.”
