“Only used this once when all the family came round so probably need a bit more practice at it. However, food cooked nicely without being cremated and tasted good. We did find that by opening the lid to put more food on or take some off that it seemed to loose some of it's heat and never got back up to the higher temperature so what was left on was taking longer to cook. It possibly needed more charcoal to start with and a more in-depth study of the instruction manual!”
