“Disappointed when the rug arrived. It's much thinner than I expected for £657. It is slightly misshapen and not lying flat, one area of the side seam has not been caught in the stitching. The rug has been laid on the floor for a few days now, we pulled it into shape and put another rug on top to help flatten it. Because it is thinner than expected I've just bought some carpet underlay and rug antislip in the hope it will improve the look and feel. I love the pattern/design as it complements my study and that is why I'm keeping the rug, but had I not spent ages finding this design and liking it so much I would have sent it back. I'm stitching the seam in place myself....”
