“Before you place an order, try phoning them. I placed an order online (I wish I hadn't bothered) but was unable to get through on their phone line to get updates when the due delivery date passed. When my emails were eventually answered, I was told the couriers had lost the rug, although I never received any tracking details. After giving them time to deliver, I decided to cancel but was told this would take 14 days to refund. To summarise, avoid this company unless you can wait for your rug and them to answer any emails.”

“My ordered didn’t come after 1week and got missed. And need waited 10-14days for refund or dispatch new rug.”
