“If you're shopping for a rug, please do NOT buy from this company. Just like other reviews stated here, their customer support has been extremely terrible and almost non-existent. It's shocking a company like this who claimed to be "the UK's No.1 Destination For Rugs" has such horrible customer service. It took more than 2 months to ship my rug when it was in stock at the time of order. Kept following up and never got a reply from them. When they did reply, it's almost guaranteed it would happen after 1-2 weeks with 3-4 times of follow-ups. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm still dealing with their support team at the moment. It's a never-ending process.”
