“I ordered 3 rugs in November and was informed all were delivered. I then discovered 2 did not arrive, were out of stock and would not be available until April. Having made the order with Woven specifically because I was told the rugs were available in November, so I could expect them by Christmas, this was very disappointing. I only discovered the problem when I contacted Woven not through emails from them. I was not given any money off, in compensation, for the one rug that did arrive. I cancelled the other 2 rugs and will not be ordering from Woven again.”
