“Whilst I am very pleased with the product, the packaging for the handle was completely inadequate. It was flopping around a cardboard box and a third of it was entirely out of its packaging as there was no wrapping around the handle to stop it piercing the cardboard. This meant that my xmas gift was seen by its recipient and is therefore no linger a surprise. On contacting wolf garden, they blamed the courier. It was not the couriers fault as it was entirely inadequately packed”
“Have only used this for the first time today, so still getting used to the features. Have already found the advantage of being able to swivel the cutting head to be able to see the jaw position in a long reach situation. Good clean cut, although you do need to be fairly strong to slice through fairly hard, maximum sized branches. Anything smaller is very easy to slice through. Good purchase decision.”
“Buy the one which lets you angle the blades - absolutely brilliant when you are operating at full height. The cord handle works well in that it grips securely when passed through at an angle. Really impressed with the cutting power, just need a fruit picker "add on" for collecting apples next year.”
