“I was surprised that I need a screwdriver to remove the secateurs from the hard plastic packaging. I do have a screwdriver but I'm not sure that everyone who orders this item will have one to hand. It seems an unnecessary complication. There must be ways to package it securely without needing another tool to extract it.”

“I have arthritis in my hands and this was easy and comfortable to use. I have used it to prune apple tree branches so far. Only time will tell but is has 10 year guarantee”
