“Excellent product, quite heavy to lift with 35 metres of hose in it. Glad to see it will cover all areas of my garden. Very quick to install - the instructions are very clear to follow. The hosereel is very well constructed and looks good on the wall. Pulling the hose out is no problem and it locks in place every few metres, which means you don't need to pull out more than you require - length wise. Also retracts very smoothly and very quickly, therfore no muddy hands as a result of using it. Thus far I am extramely pleased with the product, even though it costs more than its main competitor, I think the extra cost is clearly demonstrated in the additional quality of the product and the thought that has gone into it.”
