“I'm sure this product is fine. But there was not enough information provided for first time hose users. Ther web site illustration led me to believe it could be wheeled to different levels of the garden while in use. It is an excellant function that the trolley will stop the hose from tangling, but the tap connecting hose length limits how far the trolley can be used from the tap. This may seem obvious, but from the web site illustration it looked as if the trolley could be wheeled to different areas of the garden while hosing. (This is my mistake, now I realise that isn't something I want to do or need to do, but more information on your web site would have helped.) In addition, no information was provided to illustrate how to cut a section of hose to connect to the tap. There may have been enough information for experienced hose users, but not for me and it feels like an expensive mistake to buy this hose trolley when something simply would have done. For me, it would have been better to have gone to a garden centre and talked to someone and got adequate information. With the lack of information you provide for inexperienced gardeners I would not buy from your web site again.”
