“I had to assemble this trolley. I had problems connecting the Gardena Connecting set to the trolley. The nut kept coming off every time I tried to unwind the hose from the trolley. Wrote to Gardena a week ago and still awaiting a reply. In the meantime after several attempts and with the help of a mole I have managed to tighten the nut. Instructions are not very helpful. I had to refer to some you tube videos.”

“Considering the sturdy nature of the design, the self-assembly process was remarkably straightforward. I wanted a garden hose that was durable enough to see me to the end of my days, and this looks as though it should do nicely. It replaces an expanding fabric type hose I brought with me to my new build property, but the mains water pressure here isn't sufficient to keep it expanded to its full length when in use. However, the Gardena hose appears to be just as manageable, especially when coiled up on its Clever Roll wheeled drum. I hope my present enthusiasm is well-founded over the longer term.”

“Excellent medium sized trolley. Pretty simple to put together and easy access to connections within the reel. Usefully the reel side connection is like a tap connector so the hose end just clips on. Great product.”

“Very good hose trolley. I like this one because it's quite narrow, especially with the handle folded, so it's no problem to navigate through tight gaps from back garden to front. My 30m x 18mm hose fits comfortably on the reel. Light and easy to use.”
