“Ordered a pair of secateurs direct from Felco. Notified by Felco that package was on its way but nothing turned up. A week later contacted Felco to chase and they stated Royal Mail had delivered. I queried asking for confirmation of address and Felco sent back an address that had an additional digit in address '7-74' rather than just '74'. Felco representative asked me to find out if No. 7 had received parcel in my stead, which I did and nothing received (I also went to a number of other addresses without success). I then asked for a refund or replacement sent to correct address. I have heard nothing from Felco since 04/12/19, therefore I can only give this product 1 star. I would avoid buying from this company.”
