“As a left hander this is my first purchase of a specific left-hand tool. I haven't had the opportunity to try out how well it handles for extensive pruning and cutting back but I can tell the blades are nice and sharp, ready for action. The tool has a good solid feel but I'm giving it 4 stars because I find the blade lock is difficult to use so far. On getting the secateurs out of the packaging we were unable to open the blades. It took several goes and finally a really tight squeeze by a big hand to provide sufficient room to be able to twist the locking device. I'm hoping this will become easier with use otherwise I'll return these secateurs.”
