“Good speedy service from World of Felco with the saw dispatched quickly and arriving without delay. Safely packed, though I wish there was a better way so the inordinate amount of plastic could be avoided. Please investigate this World of Felco, as this is the second time I’ve mentioned it in a review but with no response last time.
To be clear, the Felco tools are outstanding quality and the service is excellent, hence a 5star rating, it’s just the packaging I don’t like.”
