“Amazing effect with these sleeves!! I have worn them immediately after the training session (as a goalie), removing them for the night. This has eliminated almost completely the knee pain and stiffness of the legs that I was so used to always having the following day. Completely unexpected. But it works. Strongly recommend these. Does not help with hip recovery though, which would perhaps need to be addressed with something similar higher up - compression pants maybe.”
