“Absolutely love my new rucksack, it’s such good quality and really like the design. Only slight adjustments which would make it even better would suggest a pocket for being able to put a flask / water bottle in (maybe inside so don’t spoil the appearance) and the fixing to close the bag is a bit fiddly, takes me a while to click it in place.”
