“I was so disappointed when I opened the package with my new bag inside. Not because it was badly made but because the reverse was black leather and I wasn't expecting that. I was expecting print on both sides. The black doesn't co-ordinate with the rest of the bag. On reviewing the website upon receipt I can see that the second picture is just black. I thought that was an error with the website. If you want to show it's black on the reverse take a shot further back so buyers can easily see it's a bag and not just a black picture. I also don't recall seeing it articulated in the description that the reverse was black. If you aren't using the selected print on both sides maybe the tan leather would look better when the option selected has no black included.”
