Reasonable price; fits well. I wear spectacles so the back of the eyecup which is curved doesn't fit flat against the lens. If seem OK but I won't be sure until I have used it outside in bright sunlight. Otherwise it's fine.

Bought it because I read it helped with glasses wearers- it doesn’t really, but it works so fair play

This eyecup does a great job of stopping sunlight getting in the viewfinder and has greatly improved my experience of using it. With the eyecup in place the viewfinder image not only appears brighter but also gives the impression of being bigger and more detailed. The eyecup is very comfortable to use when shooting in landscape orientation, but less so in portrait orientation. I suppose this is unavoidable in view of its shape being dictated by the shape of the viewfinder. The option to remove it easily for shooting in portrait orientation does exist, though its benefits are obviously then lost. I have not used the supplied cord to attach it to the camera as I think it would get in the way. That might just be an issue for me though. The eyecup is rather large and will affect the ability of the camera to fit into some camera cases if left in place. Although not cheap, the eyecup is worth the cost as it transforms the camera, making it far more enjoyable to use. However, the cost of postage does seem excessive for such a small, lightweight item. Overall: highly recommended.
