I'm astonished that this works and and somehow takes the best from all styles and even at 8% the hops that have been imparted by the coolships and the fruit characters from the yeast and hops shine through all aided by the addition of oats which give a magnificent mouthfeel. A stupendous beer which looks great in the glass too.”
