“It’s possibly too soon to comment on long-term benefits, but my skin already feels noticeably smoother. I recently switched from another brand, and one thing I really appreciate is how little of this product you actually need—it’s much more effective in smaller amounts. “After 2 months I noticed stronger nails and thicker hair! I find it less noticeable put into a hot drink than a cold one. Overall it has really made a difference.”
