“Since taking the collagen 500 plus, along side the women’s multi vitamins 45+ my skin has improved. My joints have stopped aching and my hair and nails look great. “Always a little sceptical about supplements but have religiously taken for 2 months now. My nails are stronger and quick growing. My hair which shed handfuls that the plug had potential to clog up is more or less shed free!”
