“Customer service is appalling. I have paid for a monthly refill and never got it. Once flagged it out - including proofs from concierge - to their customer service they literally ignored me. Despite the product being good, the company has no respect for its customers so I’d strongly advice to avoid it.”

“Well my second order is late so I have ran out and it is taking longer than expected to arrive so left with nothing , so much for trying to keep consistent”
