“I got this as a supplememt as I want to see a general improvement to my skin, hair and nails. I heard that specifically marine collagen like this is targeted to that. I have seen a mild improvement to them all, though it has onoy been 4 weeks since I started using this so i think that I may need more time to have a noticable dofference. All in all, in the 4v weeks since I have started to use this, there is a small difference between then and now.”

“Nearly finish first jar and think I’m beginning to feel the benefits easy to take and hardly any aftertaste . I can spell it slightly in tea but that’s me as sensitive to smell etc Definitely recommend”
