Thank you for your review, We do have a Wellbeing scoop to purchase on our website, or we can suggest that the easiest way to perfectly measure this item, is by using a Cook's measuring spoon (these are stainless steel spoons that are exact perfect measurements). “I am not quite sure its working for me, I have been taking it daily for a few months and dont really see or most importantly feel any difference . Its pleasant to take, I mix it with water and a bit of orange squash. I will try for a few more months before trying something else.”
