“Easy to take, love that it is virtually flavourless and can be mixed with drinks hot or cold. Also beautifully packaged, so a delight for the eye, and not too faffy. Nice bit of minimal selfcare. On a big weightloss journey, so pleased to have found something pescatarian friendly to give my skin a wee boost while I undergo some shapeshifting. Appreciate the research backing effect. Only second month in, but can see changes in skin already. Documenting with daily pictures. Important for me to have easy things to add to routine which require low effort for big impact.”
