“I've only been taking this for a month and noticed a difference week two, my skin is so soft and beautiful may i say! my nails have become hard and growing at a rapid rate and my hair has started to grow! “I have been taken this for a couple of weeks or more and have notice improvement on my nails. The skin as well. I love the fact that you can mix with hot drinks without leaving any taste. The only reason i give 4 stars and not 5 is because I think it should come with the measuring spoon.”
