Unfortunately we have temporarily had to suspend all our US shipping, due to an unexpected change in American import laws that was set on all imports. This now requires a complex formal import process for every order, causing all parcels to be returned to us here in the UK. Our team is urgently working on a solution. “I do recommend, however, I received an email from the company CEO Matt this morning saying my subscription would be going up. He said it would go up by a small amount, but how much is anyones guess!! As I’m not in the habit of buying something I don’t know the cost of I may not continue. I emailed requesting details but still await a response.”

“I started taking Collagen 500 Plus just over 4 weeks ago following a consultation, not having taken anything like this previously and being confused about all the products on the market. I have recently received my first refill. It has made my skin feel softer and more radiant. I have also noticed that my hair is stronger and softer, I’m losing less when I brush, as well as my nails being stronger and growing better. I find it easy to take in any of my daily drinks, there can be a slight taste in some, it depends on what I mix it with but it’s not unpleasant. I’m loving the difference it appears to be making! “I really enjoyed my first trial of this collagen. It didn’t have a taste and pleasant smell. I have used it continuously daily for 4 weeks and I’m starting to notice a slight difference to my face skin texture. I would say I’d need to use it for 3 months to really see the benefits.”

“I started using this on 12th August, realising about 2 weeks later that I wasn't using enough as there was alot more than half left. A teaspoon isn't necessarily 5ml so I now use a rounded 'teaspoon' and am still waiting to see any effect. I understood when I set up the subscription that it could take a couple of months for that so in my opinion, it's too early to be pestering me for a review. I use the word pestering as today's is not the first request and there has been numerous other emails of no interest to me too. To add insult to injury, another email today, informs me the cost will be rising. Couldn't this wait for the introductory period to end? It may have been a better email if it had mentioned what this new higher cost would be. Not impressed so far.”

A standard kitchen teaspoon can vary, and we apologise if our instructions were not clear enough. For accurate dosage, we always recommend Mix 3g (1 level teaspoon) As you noted, consistency is key, and it can take 2-3 months to feel the full benefits, so we appreciate your patience as you continue with the product. Regarding our emails, we sincerely apologise.
