From almost immediately I began to sleep through instead of waking at 3am and worrying about the world until 5:30 (and then it was time to get up for work!). “I take this for anxiety and it really helps. I tried a cheaper brand too and there was no comparison. This is definitely good for relaxation/anxiety reduction. I'd definitely recommend it.”
