“I take this for anxiety and it really helps. I tried a cheaper brand too and there was no comparison. This is definitely good for relaxation/anxiety reduction. I'd definitely recommend it.”

“I was sceptical about how much the Ashwagamdha could help with menopausal anxiety, fatigue and brain fog but have been pleasantly surprised at how effective it has been. I am sleeping much better and feel calmer and more in control and the anxiety is much improved. I love the delivery in pouches so that I can refill my bottle and the subscription ensures timely delivery. Highly recommend this product and Wild nutrition”
