“Have already recommended this to at least five other women from people I know well to the lady who works in the butchers who looked so tired she told it was ‘bl?!*y hormones’. From almost immediately I began to sleep through instead of waking at 3am and worrying about the world until 5:30 (and then it was time to get up for work!). Sleeping through has helped me to feel less stressed about things and undoubtedly returned me to my more patient self. I have a demanding job so running ‘on empty’ is exhausting. I’m certain the askwaganda has improved my sleep and worrying. Can’t recommend it enough. I will continue to recommend it to anyone who looks tired and stressed - especially if they are, like me, a woman of a ‘certain age’!!”
