“A great product. I have found this food grown KSM -66 Ashwagandha Plus much more effective than other makes of ashwagandha I have taken before. Also, my body has found it easy to tolerate whereas in the past I have felt my body has struggled with other makes of ashwagandha. It is a strong herbal medecine and to date I have only take half the recommended daily dose. I believe it has had positive effects on my well being and energy levels, therefore, I take it regularly.”

“I have found that I have a lot more energy since talking this product, despite still not achieving 5 hrs of sleep or more (2 small children). I noticed the benefits within a week. hope to continue taking it for a few more months whilst I also up my sleep hours and see how it works.”

“I take these for my chronic fatigue syndrome and for me they're really helping stabilise my health. A few teething issues with the subscription delivery date as some months they seem to take over a week to arrive.”
