“A friend recommended Ashwaganda for peri menopause symptoms, I was suffering badly with hot flushes, and very low mood swings, the doctor had prescribed HRT which really didn’t work for me. I’ve been taking them for 3 months now and all my symptoms have gone. These are great quality and good value for money. Would highly recommend.”

“I took this alongside magnesium to aid sleep as I'm temporarily sleeping in the same bed with my 4 year old. Its difficult to say if it's working because my son is constantly waking me up. However my period is so much better! No brain fog, cramps have eased, also my mood has improved! Even though I'm massively sleep deprived atm. I'll be continuing with them. Re ordering now”
