The very nature of the Food-Grown process ensures that the Vitamin B9 (folate) we produce and use in our formulations, contains the active and methylated forms of natural folate. These forms are suitable for those who have the genetic variations MTHFR or any other methylation issues. While our supplements contain naturally occurring, food-form folate, current UK regulations require all forms of folate to be listed as “folic acid” on product labels for consistency and legal compliance. We follow HFMA (Health Food Manufacturers' Association) guidance closely and have all of our product labelling formally signed off by them to ensure full transparency and regulatory accuracy. “I was having some bleeding 6 days prior to my period. Lots of brownish blood so I knew something wasn't right. We have also been struggling to concieve so I knew something needed to change. I'm on my 3rd month of these supplements. The pre period bleeding has stopped and my blood is now bright red. No baby yet but they must have done something.”
