“I am always sceptical when it comes to nutrtional support and supplements. I just think a lot of them are very average, however I was genuienly surprised by how quickly I started to see a change in my wellbeing after taking Wild Nutrition after a couple of weeks. My brain fog - completely gone. I wake up feeling refreshed even if my sleep was relatively short and my skin appears clearer with less hormonal acne (I have PCOS). I am currently awaiting IVF treatment and I had to have a number of my hormone blood tests which showed a number of markers as slightly high. I began Wild Nutrition in late May, I've been on it 3 months now. I recently retested and all my markers inscluding prolactin, TSH and testosterone are now at a really healthy optimal level. This is incredible as I was about to start medication for this which I now no longer need to, thanks to these supplements. Granted, I have also cut out alcohol and have reduced my meat intake a little, but as an additional step towards your goal, these are a godsend! My boyfirend is also on the Male fertility ones too as he had sub optimal results. Hoping for good news soon on this.”

“Unfortunately these supplements gave me the worst cystic acne outbreak of my life (I'm in my mid-30s), sharing my experience in case it helps someone else in the same position. The outbreak got worse and worse for 4 months across the entire lower half of my face, really painful and impossible to cover up. I tried literally everything to help it but nothing worked. I then stumbled across some research suggesting a possible link between high doses of vitamin B12 and acne and realised that these supplements have 8000% of your NRV, and that the acne had started at the same time as I started taking them. I stopped taking them and, two weeks later, I'm left with scarring but no new cysts. It's a shame because I like the brand and had liked the product but will be looking for something different now.”

I would like to reassure you that the dose of B12 in the supplement is actually a relatively low dose at 200ug due to our pioneering Food-Grown process, with many commercial B12 supplements containing 1000-2000ug of B12 and is well within the safe tolerable limit. NRV's are designed to give you a percentage concept of the very minimum needed to avoid mortality (the most extreme baseline of human nutrition). Therefore, it's normal to see an NRV percentage at a higher number to the nutrient in the formula. This does not indicate that you will be taking an unsafe level of a nutrient in that single total formula or complex. The B12 is an essential part of this formulation due to its role in cell division and reduction in homocysteine and blood stickiness. It is also a critical component of a biochemical process called methylation, which is critical in pregnancy - especially the first trimester. Our vitamin B12 is in the active, methylated form - which is superior and rarely included in other fertility and pregnancy multis on the market. Henrietta Norton our co-founder and formulator is an expert in fertility, pregnancy and post birth nutrition so her decision to include extra is based upon research, expertise and 18 + years of clinical experience in functional medicine, working with women very closely all the way through the fertility and pregnancy journey.
