“The product is great and I would definitely recommend it. The one thing that keeps me from giving it 5* is I am still waiting for my next subscription which means I am having to use another supplement in the interim. Delivery needs to be much quicker to avoid you running out before the new supply has arrived.”

“I stopped taking pregnacare tablets because I notice they were making me feel weaker and tired. I needed a better option and opted for this one. Tremendous difference in my energy levels. I found these to be a lot more effective and safer.”

“I have taken these for the first few months of my pregnancy and I’m sure they provide everything they should but I just can’t stomach the smell/taste anymore I struggle to take the 3 tablets a day without gagging and now that I’m past the 12 week mark I’ll be moving on to something else.”

Our capsules can be opened and added to any cold drink or food as an alternative if you are struggling to swallow them. Yoghurt, cooled porridge, fruit purees or smoothies work well, but any cold/warm drink or food is great. “I started taking these along with the omega 3 at the beginning of my pregnancy & felt great, I don’t know if it’s the tablets or not but I also didn’t really suffer from morning sickness, I just had mild nausea. Sadly my pregnancy ended just before the end of the first trimester when I had a missed miscarriage but if I’m lucky enough to fall pregnant in the future then I’d definitely take these again”

“I have been taking this since about 3 months pregnant, I’m now 3 days overdue (). I have had a great pregnancy, no issues at all. I have also had extremely strong iron levels throughout, so much so my midwife actually commented on how my iron levels have increased. Can’t say it’s for sure from this supplement but it likely is, I don’t eat a particularly iron rich diet. They are expensive granted but if you can afford it, I think these are some of the best supplements out there and I plan on using the breastfeeding support too once I give birth.”

“I have been taking this since about 5 months pregnant with my second child. It's hard to know for sure how much it helps, but it certainly feels good to know I'm supporting my body and my baby in the best way I can. I only took the basic Vitamin D with my first pregnancy and despite having an active 2 year old, I feel I've got more energy despite struggling with insomnia! I've felt really good for most of my pregnancy, only really suffering from a little heartburn and sciatica. I will be breastfeeding and plan on continuing to take these to support me and baby!”

“Currently still early in my pregnancy, coming up to the end of the first trimester. But feel so pleased to have been taking these from the start, knowing I'm taking great quality vitamins. The only negative I could say, is having to take 3 feels a lot sometimes! Particularly when the nausea is really strong, I wished it was only one. I took pregnacare with my previous two pregnancies, this is baby #3 and I'm hoping that taking these throughout the rest of my pregancy and post partum will give me the energy I need to keep up with my two toddlers! The packaging and bottle design is beautiful, and I love that the jar is refillable. Overall from my experience so far, I'd recommend!”

“No issue with these; but haven’t really noticed a difference compared to other supplements so probably not worth the expensive price tag. Customer service does need some improvement, I asked to amend my order twice and was told it had been but I was still sent the wrong supplements and now i’m being told I have to pay p+p for the return :/”
