Dear Denise, Thank you for your feedback. We used to have these in larger soft gels to make the daily dose less. Unfortunately, the overwhelming feedback was that the pills were too large. With this in mind, we had to increase the number of soft gels to ensure we could continue with the same therapeutic dose. “I tried these first with a Daily Essentials 30 day month pack. Initially had reflux as I always do which normally stopped me taking them however the Wild Nutrition brand after 5 days I do not have reflux! Finally found a brand that works for me!!!”
